Donation of equipment and protective materials against COVID19 to ACIRT

As part of the prevention and control of the COVID19 pandemic, an important donation of protective health equipment and supplies to prevent the spread of the virus was given to the Association de la Communauté Ivoirienne de la Région de Toronto (ACIRT) on Saturday, August 28, 2021. This donation was made possible thanks to the generous support of the Government of Canada through the Essential Services Contingency Reserve (ESCR) Program.

This donation ceremony was attended by the President of ACIRT, Mrs. Carole Gballou, accompanied by members of her team, as well as the Engaged For Children's management team led by Mr. Herve Kouande, Executive Director, and Mrs. Nafoussiata Tuo, Director of Program Development.

The contents of the donation included the following items:

• 10 packs of 300 Medium Size Nitrile Gloves
• 5 packs of 300 Small Size Nitrile Gloves
• 10 packs of 300 Large Size Nitrile Gloves
• 3 units of Isolation gowns L1 XL
• 7 boxes of 160 Wipes-Canister
• 15 units of Face shield
• 10 boxes of 500ml of 12 units Hand Sanitizer
